If you are looking for fitness training in Romford, come and join us at Hurtlocker Gym, where our mission is to help you achieve your personal goals.

We are not a typical gym and we don’t just offer a room full of equipment for you to use. If you are serious about improving your health, fitness & performance levels then we are here to help.

Regardless of your current level, we welcome everyone and provide a supportive and motivational environment for you to get in shape and feel better about yourself. Our fitness  training classes and group training sessions are very popular and we are proud to have help a number of people transform their lives for the better.

If you are looking for a fun and varied way to get fit, then sign up for our classes on a per session, or unlimited basis and come and see what we do for yourself.

Classes include a mixture of activities that focus on cardio, strength and stamina training, moving through a series of activities that enable you to maintain a levl of intensity you didn’t think possible. We also offer bootcamp style training as part of our membership.

Classes are intense in nature with a focus on accessibility even for those who are new to the style of training
ALL Hurtlocker Classes need to be booked online prior to arrival as spaces are limited

Using training methods adapted from the Royal Marines (world renowned for their high levels of fitness and stamina) we have developed training programs that achieve the same results, while maintaining interest to continually improve your overall health and fitness through support.

Sessions are fun, varied, rewarding, and are suitable for everyone - regardless of your current ability or fitness level. Our sessions focus on cardio, fat loss, muscle definition, endurance. It doesn't matter if you are a fitness fanatic or a fitness first-timer, together we will make it work.
