He is second to none when it comes to professionalism & qualifications .  Mike is an ex Royal Marine Commando, he completed what is widely recognised as one of the most arduous and professional demanding military courses in the world and was successful in earning the coveted green beret of the commando soldier.

Hurtlocker Gym is Romford’s and surrounding areas provider of high-level strength and conditioning training. Our philosophy is to teach people to move better through practice; to use novelty and intensity to create a fun environment of constant progress; to maintain education as our primary goal for both coaches and clients.

Hurtlocker Training involves, grassroots fitness movement, Combining gymnastics (calisthenics) with multijoint weightlifting, interval training, and aerobic training, it approaches fitness as a contest against oneself

The workouts have a team mentality, with some participants battling against each other and others encouraging those who may be struggling to complete an exercise.

 

 

 

The combination of the team and Instructor’s positive motivational style will help you achieve things you may not believe you were capable of! We Do not shout and intimidate, we do encourage and motivate, we understand each person is at different level
