The reason why people do not get results in health clubs and gyms is that they are left to their own devices and find difficult to fully motivate and push themselves to the level that you need to in order for your figure to change. In order to for you to have a positive transformation in body composition your body requires a certain degree of stress placed upon it. This is the reason why Mike is so effective as he will motivate you to the level that is required to burn the most amount of fat.

I pride myself in providing you with workouts that you simply would not be able to do by yourself, i will push you beyond what you would think you are capable of doing. We don't run you into the ground mind you! And im certainly not  the typical Bootcamp style trainer, i dont shout i motivate. I offer empathy and are sensitive to where you are now in your life with regards to health, fitness and weight loss.

The Price is £500 between you for the 10 week personal training Programme (This includes 10 weeks unlimited group sessions)

Ongoing assements and checks will be carried out throughout the 10 weeks 


  • Mike will use his expertise, skills and knowledge to carryout a safe and effective exercise session that will account for your personal goals, fitness levels and exercise preferences
  • Commando Mike will provide the instruction and supervision advice and support that you will need to help you achieve your goals.  Your progress will be monitored regularly and the programme revised and adjusted accordingly..
  • Any information which you disclose will be kept strictly private and confidential.  If the trainer requires further medical information from a practitioner, we ask that you provide such details.
  • You will need to be 100% committed to the success of the program. 
  • Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your training session so that a full session can be achieved with each visit. 
  • Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear.  Clothes should be loose fitting and non-restrictive.  Footwear should be comfortable and provide adequate support. Please bring enough drinking water for the session.
